1. Eligibility

You may only open an account if you are at least 18 years of age, are a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited, and are not a self-excluded player on any gambling exclusion register to which we subscribe. Residents of certain jurisdictions — including the United States, the United Kingdom, France and jurisdictions listed on our Restricted Countries page — are not permitted to register. 2. Account Registration and KYC

Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. 4. Deposits

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be referred to the GCB dispute resolution mechanism. 13. Amendments
